Billy just purchased a new home and finished fixing up all the fixer uppers that neighborhood squatters did to the home when it was empty. Finally, he feels relieved and decides to call his buddies over with some chicks to have a big BBQ. While on the phone he hears a noise from the other room and becomes furious when he finds a teen squatter still living in his house. Frustrated by her presence he becomes very ANAL and forces her into many things as payment for her stay.
