You may cancel your monthly renewing membership at any time during the month. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.
Our system is completely automated. You can, however,

prompt and courteus support if you have any problems whatsoever.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Normally
these are made by the same method used for payment or as may otherwise be

Terms - Adult DVD Mart Shipping Costs
Delivery is completely FREE.
Shipping Information
All shipments are posted from within Belgium, and are processed, handled
and delivered by De Post.
The package is send containing a dvd disc only, protected with a plastic
cover, would be sent in a small unmarked DVD protected package and would
not look like it contains dvds at all.
All our shipments, are sent very discreetly,
there will be no indication of the contents on the outside of the
envelope, and nothing porn-related will appear on the envelope as the
sender.
Delivery Period
You should receive your complete order within 7-14 days. Occasionally
mail services can be slower, so we request that you only contact us if
you have not received your full order 21 days after you placed the

Returns & Refunds
Faulty dvds are very rare, but if you do receive a defective disc please
return it to us.
We will then speedily get a replacement dvd to you. However before you
return a defective dvd, please make sure that your dvd player is set
correctly to play the disc you suspect may be faulty and read DVD Format
Info (here below). Please note that we can only replace defective discs
with a new copy of the SAME title.
We do not usually issue refunds unless goods are returned to us within 7
days of receipt, unplayed and unmarked, and complete with their original
packaging.
Customer Obligations
By placing an order on this website you are certifying that you are an
adult, and that you are fully aware of the laws regarding the purchase
of adult pornographic material in your country of residence.
All the dvds contain only participants over the age of eighteen at the
time of filming. Proof of age is held on file by each individual dvd
producer.

DVD Format Info
Although Dvd is a common worldwide format, there are some problems that
can occur in buying dvds in one continent and playing them in another.
This page will hopefully help to explain those problems to all our
customers, wherever they reside.
REGIONAL CODING
Regional Coding has no relevance to the purchase of adult porn dvds, as
all adult dvds have no regional coding (sometimes called "Region 0") so
they can be sold and can be played worldwide.
All the dvds we supply therefore have no regional coding.
TELEVISION SYSTEMS
There are differences however in the television systems in various areas
of the world.
PAL (Phase Alternating Line) is the television system used in Europe,
Australia and India.
NTSC (National Television System Committee) is the television system
used in the United States, Canada and Japan. As a result a dvd is manufactured to play either using the PAL system, or using the NTSC system.
To decide if you can play PAL and NTSC dvds, please read the following
section:
EUROPE, SCANDINAVIA, AUSTRALIA & INDIA CUSTOMERS
Your Dvd Player
Most of the dvds on this site are in PAL format, but many (mainly those
of US origin) are in NTSC format. Virtually all modern dvd players on
sale in Europe will play both PAL and NTSC discs. If you have any doubts
about your dvd player's ability to play NTSC discs, take a look at your
dvd manual and look for the phrase "NTSC Playback".
If your dvd player does not have the NTSC playback facility and you want
to build up a collection of adult dvds, we would recommend purchasing a
new dvd player. Even the budget dvd players in the $50 to $80 price
range now have NTSC playback. To see a good range of models, buy the

Your Television
Most modern television sets in Europe will display a perfect picture
when your dvd player is playing a NTSC disc. However some older
television sets cannot cope with the NTSC signal and may display the
picture in black and white. (PAL discs will play in colour whatever the
age of the television set). To fully utilise your television set's
ability to display NTSC pictures, your dvd player must of course be
connected to your television set using a scart/euro cable or another
direct cable link. Again, if you are in doubt whether your TV will
display a colour picture when playing NTSC discs, refer to your
television instruction manual and look for the phrase "NTSC Playback" or
"NTSC Compatibility".
If you find that your TV only displays a stable black and white picture
when playing a NTSC dvd, you can purchase an inexpensive conversion box
to show those pictures in colour.
Your Computer
All the dvds on this website will play perfectly on most computer DVD
Rom drives(but NOT on a computer CD Rom drive - it must be a DVD Rom).
UNITED STATES, CANADA & JAPAN CUSTOMERS
Customers in these countries will obviously be able to play any of our
NTSC discs without problem. However to play PAL dvds on their existing
NTSC television set they will need a special dvd player fitted with a
built-in converter. There are many such models available in the US and
Canada for as little as $160, such as the JVC XV-N312, Akai DVD-P5851,
or the Toshiba SD-3980. New models are being released all the time, and
you can find an excellent selection at www.dvdoverseas.com in their
Region Free DVD Players section.
Most US and Canadian computer DVD Roms will play PAL discs without a
problem. Since the computer image is digital, the PAL/NTSC issue doesn't
exist.
Backorders & Preorders
We stock a huge amount of inventory so that you never have to wait for a
title. Occasionally the studios may have replication problems, and thus
we may be waiting for a title to come in. If the title you choose is
back ordered, our system will notify you, and ask you if you still wish
to put the item in your shopping cart. Occasionally, there are inventory
errors that may cause a backorder issues as well. Should you purchase
any item that is out of stock, we will ship your in stock titles
immediately, and ship any backordered item(s) separately once it (they)
becomes available. We will ship all preorders and backorders by a cost
efficient method, at no additional cost to you.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. There is no additional charge for
using your credit card. Within the "Billing Address" section of our
order form, please be sure to provide your exact billing address where
you normally receive your credit card statement, or your address that
the issuing credit card bank has on file for you. This is important in
verifying your details with the credit card bank. Should the information
be inaccurate, this will delay processing of your order while we attempt
to contact you by e-mail to verify the correct information. |
